Looking into options for my garage floor. Its a working garage, I use rolling jacks, jack stands rolling motorcycle lifts all on metal wheels.

Want the floor to look clean, love the look of epoxy but need something that would last and not get torn, beat and scratched up.

Whats my best option? Polished concrete? Tile?

There are several ways you can go.

A good garage floor epoxy system and urethane BUT when you get to the urethane add a tabular alumina anti wear and anti skid in a relatively high concentration.

Our ribbed tiles would also be a good choice.

4 coats of Rust Bullet with the same anti wear additive is another good choice.

I've got 4 coats of Rust Bullet with the tabular alumina that Justin mentioned and even though I've only been using the shop for about two weeks, it seems to be holding up very well to the floor jacks and engine hoists.

Agree, a good high build 100% epoxy system is a great system and value at about $1.00/sq ft with our military grade urethane and metallic wear additive.

Unfortunately there is not made a floor that is damage/scratch proof. Polished concrete is great but very expensive and not a DIY project generally. Also polished concrete is not as stain/fuel/solvent resistant.

Dang you said that well. tabular alumina is an anti wear / anti skid additive that is great for heavy use areas and is still easy to clean. 4 Coats of Rust Bullet, or an epoxy / urethane combo and in both cases use the tabular alumina

Epoxy under urethane or Polyurea like our Nohr-S is great for this type of activity. Polyaspartic is great as a topcoat too. We sell and install these regularly. Full flake with polyaspartic, like the picture is awesome!
