Floor heat enough for sealer application?

Hello All,

With the forecast in the 40-50 range over thanksgiving, I was thinking of a possible "sealing" application on my floor that was poured in June. I realize this is too cold for most products, but I have radiant heat and can keep my concrete temp relatively warm.

Can a person get by with a warm floor and cooler air temps, or am i asking for trouble?

it might dry from the wrong side first. I don't know for sure, you need to ask the Pros, but it seems like a bad idea to me.

Not a good idea, radiant heat has hot spots where the pex or mesh is more concentrated and you'll get a ghosting effect on a clear sealer. On a coating, if the air temp is too cold, it can skin over wrinkle up. It way be best to hire a pro or wait for the Spring.

I was talking with a local rep today from Rock Solid Garage Coat, and like the sounds of their single coat poly material. Supposed to be durable, and work well in cool weather applications. Anyone have good or bad experience with poly?
