1982 1.5 ton green and white Sears floor jack .The lowering control valve will neither fully release,or lift under weight.Able to keep raising lift arm even with valve backed off.Valve itself rotates freely internally, and it is just a checkball mechanism.Clean oil,no external leaks, very good condition piston and ram surfaces.Main ram not binding when I drained oil and pulled linkages free, and and no pivots were binding. 328.12002. Sure would be nice to rebuild this, the main frame is in nearly mint condition.Someone let this jack sit for over 10 years. I may be better off rebuilding a better hydraulic core if this one has an inheirant factory flaw. I thank all of you for posting. These jacks are some of the best.First one-Silver 2 1/4 ton has lasted since 1985
