When I was just a tot I pulled the pressure release plug on my dads old floor jack and let just about all the oil out and that is how it sat for a long time. I finally decided to refill it and try to make it good as new the filler plug came out fine with the help of a pocket screwdriver - no rips or tears. Well after filling the jack up with fresh oil I go to plug it up and I slipped with the screwdriver. Needless to say the plug leaks when you let the pressure out. Does anyone know where I can get another rubber plug? I can supply a picture if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those Rubber Bung Plugs offer very little Sealing properties, Too MUCH oil is your problem. If you really think you need a new plug i do keep them in stock, Just give me the Hole Diameter.

Alright I filled it up just below the hole so maybe it was just a little over flow. I'll leave it be for the time being. If I find I need one I will contact you. Thank you

Yes.. Too Much. As a General Rule of thumb, The Oil level needs to rest just above the Inner cylinder, Which is aprox 3/16" to 5/16" below the Hole on Average.
