Floor jack i.d.

Can any one please help me with identification of my old floor jack, I've had it for about 40 years and my father had it before that. Is worked great until this morning when i tried to jack up the front end of my f350 , it jacks up with no load but when there is a load on it it will not lift it.

Did it spring a leak or get air in the system? Low fluid? Looks like a monster of a jack and cool at that.
