Floor jack identification and parts

Hello everybody. I just picked up a floor jack at the pawn shop it needs a couple parts the knuckle and springs are broke hoping somebody can give me an identification on this unit as to maybe who makes it and the ton rating and also where I might be able to buy parts thank you very much

I have this same jack, I know it’s Harbor Freight. Any luck with rebuilding the cylinder?
