Gentleman much appreciated! Thank you!! I cannot say I know much about the brand but it appears the new ones are pricey. They any good? Or should I ask is this worth rebuilding? Are rebuild kits available? Thank u again!

HW was a good jack when all jacks were USA made. That's a pretty old jack but I believe you can get a rebuild kit for it.

One of our members used to sell the kits for all kinds of jacks. He retired from that but his sig line says,
"Need a Seal Kit? Contact Hydraulic Parts Supply at 620-594-2247"

It appears to be HW WS model, there is a multitude of posts here concerning that jack and its baby brother OS. It looks clean, but I always recommend tearing it down and giving it an inspection prior to buying a kit.

Thank u to all for the information given. I rebuilt a Milwaukee model 20 I acquired a few years back. This HW I just got was free so I will tear into it and see how it looks,

They are one of the best and kits are available. I can't remember model, WS maybe?
