No.. Its a Import sold under a bazillion brands, Now HW did sell some Imports under the Winner series, but they where just trying to market the Name.

Yes, older import, not bad jacks, but essentially the same one can be purchased at HF new for ~$90. To me the Orange color, rounded lift arm, straight non folded sides and crude pump style all point to import.

I have one of these too. Can you get a seal kit for these? If so, how do you indent icy which kit?
