I anyone can identify jack in pictures I would greatly appreciate it. I need the foot pedal spring.

Looks like any one of a bunch of offshore jacks sold 20-40 years ago, imo. The foot pedal sets it apart a little bit it doesn't appear to be anything special. Are you looking for parts? Or trying to determine value?

you may have to find a spring that fits and will work , probably won't find OEM
