did a search and didn't quite find what i was looking for, ive even tried google.

my craftsman professional series (yellow and black) 2-1/2 ton floor jack has stopped working properly. it was a quick pumping jack, the kind that in 2 pumps goes from bottom to top (with no weight on it). it stopped doing that, while it didn't bother me because all my cars are very low anyways. but recently it stopped going as high as it used too maybe only half as much and taking more pumps to lift.

there are no leaks that i have found.

so i would like to know if there is a way to fix this?

I would check and make sure it is full of jack oil first; I cannot explain why it would be so low with no apparent leak, but that is where I would start. Good Luck
