That's a big jack but it doesn't look like $200 worth to me. With all that surface rust it looks like it has been left outside for a while. It might make a good restoration project but i wouldn't trust it as is. If you really need a jack with that much "captivity" you can try to talk him down. I think I would pass.

It will more than likely need a resto to make it safe. but $150 is o.k. for here. Go for it as it will be better than anything made today.

I'm guessing 10 ton, it's a import but not a bad design, I've rebuilt a slug of them.
