I have an older floor jack probably from early 2000’s. I put new seals in and when I did I lost the ball bearing configuration. It has five ports, one small, one large and two medium ball bearings. Could someone please explain to me how it goes back together❓

I can't tell you which are supposed to have check balls in them, but you should be able to tell as the ports that had check ball would have ground, smooth seat for the ball to contact not just a drilled hole. Clean and look at them and you should be able to tell.
