judging from the picture alone..........if your looking for a full size floor jack you will be dissapointed, it looks like a small trolley jack.

No I have not. For $50 it's cheaper to buy the jack that rebuild it.

However....you did check the oil level, check for leaks, all the linkage is working?

I bought the 4 tons low profile version. It crapped out in 3 months (only used 6 times). Have to return it to Sears and see if they will give me a new one. Sears tools are getting crappier and crappier.

Just look at the one review they post online -- guy used it to lift golf carts and it "bit the dust" within four months.

Go to COSTCO and buy an ARCAN jack -- nice heavy duty model.

gee, first post, well i guess i gotta start sometime...

for a floor jack, there is no need to look any further than norco. american company, jacks made across the ocean (japan, taiwan and china). all jacks are inspected here in the US once they arrive. big presence in tire shops so they do hold up.

once lincoln left 10 years ago, floor jacks have been mostly ****. i could tell more but it's late...

does anyone know what model this jack is I'd like to restore it

Did you really post the same question 14 times in a 30 min time period?

Outside of that, any markings on the tag? The picture is fuzzy, im guessing Mechanical based off the long bar hanging out the back and short lift arm.
