I found this forum searching for information or reviews on Floor Junkies tiles. There is a lot of speculation, and opinions about their product , but I could find only one actual user here, and he was very satisfied.
I had two ways to go.
I could go with the popular product.
Or I could take a chance the one reviewer was correct, and save myself quite a bit of money.
This is my review of Floor Junkies tiles. http://www.floorjunkies.com/
I placed my order with Max, and he e-mailed me an invoice. I decided to pay by check. Their policy is to hold checks for 7 business days, even though my check had cleared in 3. Not a big deal.
Delivery was by RL carriers, and took 7 business days, or a total of 11 days with the weekends. Houston, to southern New Mexico.
My garage is 560 sq ft. I had wanted their lowest price tile, which was their raised coin @ 1.79. But the raised coin in black was out of stock until March. Max said he could fill my order with the Diamond Plate pattern, and give it it me for the same price. Normally they get $1.89.
With the six boxes of edging, the total was a little over $1100. This was at least $500 less than other vendors product.

Lucky me, I have a sunken garage. And the shrinkage cracks are one reason I wanted to put in tiles

I bought 600 sq ft of landscaping fabric at Lowe's for about $60

OK. The fabric is down. Time to start laying tiles

So far so good

I think it's looking pretty darn good. I wish they were packaged in fours, instead of singles. It took me 4 hours to get this far, and I'm out of gas for today. Tomorrow I start cutting, yippee. And after looking at this picture, I realized I had to go over the tiles again, as I missed some connections.

Tile cutting done. I have decided to put wood trim to fill in the slope under the black edging.
A pleasant, and unexpected surprise with the orange tiles: footprints, and tire tracks don't show up. The other colors they do, especially black.

My neighbor across the street saw me working out in the garage the last two days, and came over. He was genuinely impressed. He said he is going to do the same thing, and took the Floor Junkies info.
So what about me? I am VERY happy with Floor Junkies product. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
One thing I would change. Put them four together. Sure I had an enormous amount of cutting to do with the sunken part and all, I have about 10 hours in it. Four together would have knocked a couple hours off that.
Despite that, two thumbs up.

Looks good! But, you can get the Garage Deck, which is RaceDecks budget option for only slightly more. Made in the USA. :)

Very nice looking color combination!
Also, two slices of pie for doing your own install.
Thanks for taking time to write up a nice review.

The floor looks good. Why did you end up putting landscaping mat under the floor? This is the first I have ever seen that done.

Thanks! It slightly muffles the sound of walking on the tiles.
I experimented with and without, and there is a slight difference. Even without the fabric, though, it's really no big deal. I could certainly have not added it.
Thanks for the comment.

I like that, what was the final cost if you don't mine me asking...??
can you easily remove and replace one in the field if damaged???

Invoice total $1136.66 This includes shipping, 568 sq ft of tile, and 6 boxes of edges. Each edge box was $19.99 and includes 12 edges, or 12 ft plus 2 corners. I required a lot of edges because I have a sunken garage floor. Normally you wouldn't use this many.
Can I easily remove a tile? Yes, very easily! The gray part with red, I don't know how many times (5 or 6?) I took the tiles up and tried different patterns. This is one of the things I like about the tiles. They aren't permanent.
My garage is 560 sq ft, but I ordered a few extra tiles, in case I had mis-cuts.
Thanks for the comment.

If you would do the forum a favor and post back in a few months on this thread to let us know how the product works out. Of course living down "south" in our state....it's all palm trees and sunscreen.....LOL.....and a huge snowstorm with zero temps.

Got to say, your floor looks really great. Nice color combo's. Only point I would make is why not support local ? Race Deck and a couple of other manufacturers invest $$$ in tooling and product quality and employ locals to make a quality product. Sure, might be slightly more, but all helps local industry and keeps the $ in the USA. The price difference between your tile and Race Deck maybe in the weight or amount of plastic in the tile and of coarse the grade of plastic used. That said, I hope you have many years of happy parking on the tiles.

P.S. I am in no way associated with Race Deck. I'm from Australia and make my own Garage Tile here locally, so I see the cheaper Chinese tile as well.

Yes, I can do that. I expect no problems with the coming 100 degree days.

My neighbors have lived here their entire lives, 74 yrs. They don't ever remember it being as cold as it was a couple weeks back. I had an overnight here of -16F. Glad I'm on propane. Most of the city had their gas disconnected, "to protect the system from total failure", and when they plugged in their electric space heaters, it blew transformers in the city. What a mess!
Everybody's palms including mine (20) look terrible. They've always sprung back very fast from the winter, I just hope they're all ok.
How bad was Clovis?

It was just a matter of personal preference.

Thanks GSW, we are very proud that we have managed to keep everything under one roof and 'made in the U.S.A' . We employ over a 100 families here locally in Utah and have many dealers throughout the country who exclusively sell the products we manufacturer.
It seems that new member Dahur is very active in promoting this flooring importer:headscrat. I never really talk negatively about competitors publicly, even the cheap China knock-offs that have come and gone over the years.

Thanks for the information, and the comment Big Floors.
I paid $1016.72 for my 568 sq.ft.
Out of curiosity, how much does your edging cost? I had 72 ft of edging+12 corners, included in the total $1136 I paid.

BTW, NOT associated with Floor Junkies in any manner, other than buying from them, and loving their product.

UPDATE:

Since were touching on 90 degrees here now, I thought I would let everyone know I am experiencing NO warping of my Floor Junkies tiles due to the sun and heat. I have read here that some have experienced heat warping with other vendor's product, and their tiles would more or less revert back when cooled down. Fortunately I'm not seeing any of that here.
