Floor leveler recommendations

I'm hoping I can get some recommendations for a durable floor leveler to level the gap under my 12ft. wide commercial roll up door . There is a gap of 1/4"-3/8" X 8ft under the door seal when it is lowered against the floor. I need something that is going to stand up to heavy vehicle traffic. I don't want to grind the opening level because it will require me to remove the door and door frame channels and I don't have the equipment to handle that task. Any help would be graciously appreciated.

Anything made by a company called Ardex. They make some of the best floor leverers in the business. Feather finish will do some small patching but for floor leveling I would use the Ardex K-301.

thanks, for the tip. I'm sure I'll have to remove the epoxy coating around the area and patch it and maybe build up a small 1/2" lip to act as a threshold to help prevent water from blowing under the door seal. My next problem may be finding the product , so if there are any other products that would meet that criteria please let me know. Its going to be Monday before I can contact ARDEX to see if its available in my area.

Are you sure it's the concrete that's un-level and not an adjustment on the door itself?

For a 1/4-3/8 gap I'd look into if there is a thicker door seal available or if yours has just deteriorated.....

Doors about 6mths old. Its the concrete. I can lower it all the way down and the outer edges are flat on the concrete and in the center its got a gap. Overhead Door has already included the premium door seal when the door was installed. Leveling it or grinding it is my only options at this moment.

I redid my garage floor with CD and it looks new and is holding up well...
basically a $100 4 hour job
a nice clean concrete finish

Called Ardex this morning and they have a distributor in Columbia and the salesman recommended a Ardex feather edge product. So I'm going Wednesday to pick up some. Thanks to all for the recommendations.

No prob. Good luck! That's a good product. We use it to patch virtually everything before laying new floor over top. It's the best floor patch we've used.
