Does anyone know of a program to help plan the layout of a tile floor? I need something that will allow me to change the color and size of the tiles and move the tiles around on the basic floor plan.

Thanks for any help.

What kind of tiles? Racedeck and Swisstrax both have design tools on their sites for the plastic tiles they sell. Don't know of anything for actual ceramic or porcelain.

In a pinch, I've used excel for that sort of thing. I make the cells square (adjust row and column height to be the same), and then color in the cells. It's hardly an elegant solution but it's helped me out more than I care to admit.

Also you can use box outlines around the cells to make your floor plan

Thanks, Guys. I found the Race Deck program and used it for a floor with their product. I thought about using excel, maybe I will play with that for a bit.
