Floor plans for bigger shops?

Well, I guess 'bigger' is a relative term...

I'm planning my new shop to be 50x50x18. This will be used for car restoration and repair. I won't have a paint booth per se, but there will be a 'dirty area' located along one wall. I picture it with maybe a curtain or light-duty wall on the three sides and a strong exhaust fan; it's for sanding paint and bondo, and at least partial painting. I also will have one 12K lift to start (for cars, but enough to lift my rollback if needed). OF course I'll have several benches, all movable, plus tool boxes and equipment, and my scissor lift. In the future there might be a 4-post lift added. Along the back wall or in a corner will be a desk, maybe an old couch and chair, and a small bathroom. The other corner will have a small room housing the compressor and controls/boiler for the in-floor heat.

I'm having trouble visualizing a layout. I'll need to have an idea of at least lift and plumbing layout before the floor is poured; I plan to route the in-floor tubing away from where the lift will mount.

Anyone have floor plans/pictures similar to what I'm planning? I'm at the clean slate stage, so now's the time to work on this.

Any help/suggestions much appreciated!
