floor prep - is beading an issue?

So I have a one year old garage floor that I've not parked on yet and I'm in the process of prepping it. I've been doing a fair bit of construction around the property and the floor has only had woodworking done on it.

A couple questions:

1. I used the quickcrete etching product on the weekend and am getting some beading of water after using it. From reading some of the other posts here that doesn't appear to be a good thing. Any recommendations?

2. What product should I use for filling the frost expansion joints prior to putting the epoxy on?

Thanks!

Harder finished floors require a stronger acid solution. Sometimes leaving the mix on the surface for much longer will do the trick. You can try in some small areas to experiment first and find the right combination.
