Floor Prep - Rinse or No Rinse

I need help! Applying my epoxy floor this weekend. My schedule has been screwed because events out of my control. My questions....I prepped my floor by diamond grinding. I have vacuumed floor 3 times. My plan had been to rinse the floor as a final prep step. Because of my condense schedule I do not have time to rinse the surface and still finish the project before the weekend is over. Is it necessary to water rinse the floor after grinding and vacuuming or can I vacuum one additional time and start applying my primer?

I use denatured alcohol and wipe off the fine dust. Unless it's a large slab and I have to use a floor scrubber, I don't use water. Can it be done? Certainly, but be prepared to make sure all the moisture has left the concrete. 6 hours wont cut it unless your really lucky.

Follow the recommendations on the primer. If you apply water, use a dehumidifier to keep the air dry so it will help "pull" the moisture out of the concrete. Moist air (high humidity) will not dry out the concrete.

Thanks for the response! You must have responded to RedLeader just after I posted my question. How long should I wait after wiping down with alcohol?

It flashes right off so no wait. By the time you wipe it down and then set up your mixing station, you're good to go.
