Floor repair

Wow it let me post! I bought a house a few years back and have finally been able to start work on the garage. The previous owner had sort of hung drywall and painted it green here and there. He also painted the floor blue. :supergay:

The floor is in need of repair. I have no experience with concrete so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very thankful.
