I'm going to guess that your floor is actually sweating less with your coating and that you are just noticing it more because it won't soak into the concrete.
A thin coating will only give slight thermal insulation of the slab but since the slab is sealed the moisture doesn't have anywhere to go except to sit on top of the coating until it evaporates. Theoretically, the only way to stop sweating is to apply a thick enough coating (that is a poor thermal conductor) that helps to insulate the temperature difference between the slab and the air. We have never had anyone tell us that sweating occurs after applying our products. HOWEVER, we are just barely stepping out into the residential market where products are applied pretty thin. One thing our coatings have going for them is that even our lowest technology product (LiquaTile 1184) is a semi-ceramic. I would guess that a 60-mil (1/16th inch) coat would provide enough insulation to stop the sweating.
At some point... someone on here will try it and then we'll all know for sure!
