Hi all
My name is Cory and I joined a few weeks ago, but today is my first time posting. I bought my first house about a year and a half ago and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm the type of guy that likes to do everything himself...painting, fixing stuff, landscaping, etc. And with the interior of the house almost done, I am looking to move onto the garage which def needs work. Below is a panoramic picture of what I got. So as you can see, stuff is everywhere. The work bench you see, I got not too long ago and has be invaluable so far.
My floor needs help. The previous owner of the house had a dog I guess, and there are **** and piss stains that have become one with the floor. I have pressure washed, scrubbed, bleached, and tried everything else on the floor, and those stains do not come out. The smell on rainy days is pretty gross. On top of that, I found termites coming through a crack in slab this past spring (apparently GA got hit hard with termites this season), so now I have those treatment holes in my garage floor. With those holes present, I don't think I can just epoxy over them if I were to go the epoxy route, right? I was considering a DIY epoxy for the the price versus a grand in floor tiles.
