In response to some of the above comments, I am going to refrain from trashing any speicifc competitors product, regardless of where it is made or what it is made from.
I agree, you should compare products and see what works best for your needs, also see what people say about the products they purchased.
as for the its "just plastic" - that is really not the case. there are 100's ( if not 1000's ) of different plastics and and even more variations with cheap fillers added to them. You can see this in the modular flooring options in the marketplace. This is why you will see some products with many different shades of color from tile to tile, extreme fading of colors over time, tiles easily cracking or shattering due to being brittle ( there are tiles that you can easily crack over your knee)...
Aside from the plastic differences there are manufacturing differences that make one tile stronger and more consistant than another. Many of these processes are propietary.
We have been doing this a long time and have seen many competitors ( overseas and domestic) come and go over the years with cheap copy versions of our product line.
