Closing on our new home tomorrow and am absolutely torn between epoxy or Swisstrax Ribtrax Eco, and was hoping to get some good input from you guys. 
For a 3 car 651 sq ft garage I was quoted 2.25 a sq for 100% solids epoxy. It would be a 2 day ordeal which includes grinding the floor, primer coat (Norklad 200), finish coat (Norklad 200), as well as decorative chip & non skid. My concern is that the price seems too good to be true. The company that provided the quote does has many positive reviews between google, thumbtack, and facebook. Living in Michigan my other concern is that the concrete will develop minor cracking after the epoxy has been put down which would drive my OCD through the roof.
On the other hand I obtained quotes for Ribtrax Smooth Eco with the price being just a tad higher than the epoxy. I absolutely love the fact that I can install the floor within a few hours, as well as the fact that I can always take it with me if we were to move down the road. My concern with Ribtrax Smooth is that it won't be nearly as easy to clean as the epoxy.
