The floor coating on my garage floor us coming up. Please help me figure out how to get the rest of it up. The house was a parade home and I assume the flooring was put down by the builder about 4 years ago in a very professional tile type pattern. I am dealing with a 3 1/2 car garage so there is a lot of this stuff on here. Some areas are perfect and other areas, most notably where we park our main car, are a disaster. I have no idea what type or brand floor covering it is. The chips look like a thin cement coating. It does not scrape off easily until it lets loose as sections bubble here and there. There is a very nice coat of grey paint or sealant underneath that is not coming up at all. I have soaked areas to see if that will help but it does not. This stuff when it separates from the floor crumbles like egg shells and is a constant mess. Please help!
