I would like to get some of the pros thoughts on my design. This is my first flooring project and I want to make sure that I'm not overdoing it.

Thank you for your opinions!

I am not a pro , but was in the same situation 2 mos ago. I must have had 10 different designs I kept looking at and adjusting here and there mixing up colors and what not. I will tell you what Justin from Garageflooringllc suggested I do . Order enough tiles to do a small section and play around with the designs & colors. It made a Big difference seeing everything up close and in the garage.
They have free shipping so I just had to pay the shipping to return what I didn't use. Don't know if others offer free shipping because I already knew I was going to purchase through them.
Good Luck.

Thanks man. Thats a great idea. I just noticed that you are in KC. I live in Overland Park. I would love to see what you came up with for your design.

Pretty complex & busy, but good looking. If you like it, go with it! You're the one putting it down so the complexity will only add a little time.

I designed my floor around 2x2 sections the tile comes in. Cut install time in half. Design is a personal thing. Things to keep in mind is what areas will be covered and what will the floor look like without that section.

Keep it simple

That floor will look horrible once the novelty aspect wears off. Less is more when it comes to a shop floor.
