The existing garage on our place in Oregon has a ~330 sq ft room next to the garage bays. It's current got a concrete floor. At the back is a set of stairs that lead to an upstairs apartment. The apartment and stairs are going to get some sort of laminate flooring. The downstairs room is going to be for bike storage and a small workbench for working on bikes. And it will be the access to the upstairs apartment. The apartment, once its remodeled, will be decent but not super fancy.
I'm wondering what sort of flooring would be good in the bike room. Something easily swept or vacuumed out, durable, and not too ugly. Any recommendations?
