I have a cold concrete slab. Not freezing. Its in Seattle so it might be 40f in the winter but that cold slab just ***** the heat out of your feet. For economic reasons, I'd rather keep the garage heated to about 40-45. What floor would be a good choice to insulate and take the chill off. I'm thinking a hard rubber mat. It will be subject to regular garage hazards: Jack stands, chemicals, plenty of dried mud from bikes and motorcycles.
I'd also like it to not cost a ton. I've got about 700sqft to do.
