Flooring help for a newbie

Ok, so I am under contract for a house and I'm not sure exactly what to do about the garage floor. Right now it is painted, and I don't think it is sealed.

I have 4 motorcycles that I work on, as well as having 3 dogs that will spend a lot of time with me in the garage. I also occasionally detail vehicles in my garage; so I am VERY concerned with stains.

I need some insight as to what I should use. I searched for a bit, and found A LOT of useful information, but unfortunately I'm in an odd spot of information overload :-(

I'm thinking probably the Rustoleum Kits, but I don't know which would be better the Professional (Solvent Based), or Garage (Water Based).

There are a lot of great options from great people on this site. If you are going to do an epoxy stick with a good 100% solids product like the ones legacy, epoxy-coat or of course Garage Flooring LLC offers.

Epoxy requires prep. Make sure your willing to do that, before you invest in any system. Interlocking tiles and roll out garage mats are also a great option

You said it was painted already? With what? You really need to ask the contractor before you can make any decisions on any other floor covering.

Thanks bud. I keep hearing the 100% solids, and I don't completely understand it other than it's expensive.
