Hey folks....
Looking to bounce a few ideas off you guys for my flooring project. As you can see from my pics, my upstairs is fully done with hardwood and I am looking to replace the downstairs carpet & lay laminate flooring. Was going to do this part myself.
Anyways, my question is should I try to match the upstairs flooring as close as possible, or does it even matter? I don't think it matters but my wife thinks we should try to match it.
Also, I was going to get the stairs re-carpeted with something a little nicer. This probably isn't something I can do myself huh? Probably should get a pro to do this part.
