My 50x50 goes up in march.... this is a working garage with lifts and motors on the floor and things dropped by accident... engine and floor jacks rolled around daily...

What do you think is the best option for flooring.... standard and leave bare concrete...tiles.... epoxy...

Looking for easy cleanup... budget ordienfed as my garage is already 8k over budget.. adding extras... etc...

Take a look at our SPGX, less than 50 cents per sq foot and thousands of happy customers.

I would be doing ~750sqft garage, how does the SPGX compare to the Rust Bullet? I've been doing a lot of research and there are so many products. Ideally I would love porcelain tile, but I'm thinking something simple and cheap to start off with.

Garage would be used for typical garage functions, mostly parking and working on vehicles.

If it is going to be a "working shop" as you say, I would just make sure they power float the floor smooth and then apply Ghostshield. I had my last shop floor painted with polyurethane and it held ok for the first 5 or so years but constant daily traffic deteriorated it rather quickly.

If you don't do any welding/fabrication you could epoxy it but epoxy floors don't like heated pieces of metal or slag on them. The maintenance shop I used to work in had epoxy flooring and it was not conducive to the type of work we did.
