Flooring options for cold weather

Hi everyone...I'm new here.

So I just finished having a new garage built and I want to cover the floor with epoxy but I read that it can't be used in cold temps. Are there any other options? I read a little about the polyurea but that doesn't seem like it's DIY friendly.

P.S. I'm in the Chicagoland area so it's cold.

Our Nohr-S Polyurea Garage Kit is great and can go to 40 deg with cold weather primer.

HellFire will cure above 32 deg f.

Forgot to mention, if repairs are needed our Xtreme Set 100 can be used to -20.
We sell this regularly to cold storage companies for freezer repairs.

Hi,
Our Spartacote Polyaspartic system dan be applied down to almost zero. Super easy to apply, and industrial grade, and very DIY friendly.

Epoxy type systems should not be applied if the room temp is below fifty.
