I have my shop up and entering the 30 day mark on the concrete. I was going with an epoxy (Either Quik-Crete or Rust-o-leum) but was told the epoxy will not hold up due to the concrete having a smooth finish. So am looking possibly staining and going with a EliteCrete sealer....This is going to be garage/workhop/man cave when finished.
So any input you can provide what will be my best options will be great help...Thanks

Was there any thing "specific" you had to do to the floor?
So far, I have washed & scrubbed the floor in a mutric acid wash and then pressure washed it.

There's no comparision of Elite Crete Systems products and the "other" stuff. Contact your local Elite Crete Distributor and ask them. Prep is everything no matter what you decide to go with. Good luck!

Oh, if you have any problems, give me a call and I'll help you out.

Im going to try Wet look which is just a sealer, but you get a nice smooth finish. Im just looking for something easy to sweep and clean up.

Does anyone know if there is a acid stain for "natural" concrete that will have the appearance of a light brown or tan color once applied.

I have thought about just going with the wet look, but I am not sure how dark it will be after the stain is applied.
