Flooring over plywood

I have a 600 sq ft area overhead that is 1 1/4" tonque and groove plywood. I'm going to use if for storage. Just wondering what folks found that worked over plywood. I assume I could go get some cheap paint, and just paint the floor to control dirt, or put a clear sealer over it. Just looking for economical recommendations.

Use a primer, then apply whatever paint fits your budget. My local store has cans of off-color paint they sell dirt cheap - perfect for projects like this where the exact shade of periwinkle isn't critical.

I have a 600 sf area above my garage as well but am using it as a metal shop. I ended up putting glidden porch and floor paint on it. It took 3 cans to do two coats. The stuff wears pretty well and seems to be tougher than regular paint.
