I am wanting to do a polyurea industrial type floor over the tile in the picture. Would you recommend going over the tile or removing is better? Probably need 800 sq ft roughly to cover everything. Just sand and then lay one of the kits correct? I do not want it to be slick or would like as much traction as possible. Vendors please feel free to chime in or send me quotes. [email protected]

Any other feedback is always appreciated.

I am not a fan and certainly not polyurea, at least as a first coat.
You would need to sand the finish off allowing them to be porous and then a few coats of 100% solids. Still will see ghost lines from the grout.
