Flooring Under Cabinets

I'm in the process of buying a new house and plan to put in RaceDeck or have the floors epoxied before we move in so I don't have to move a bunch of extra stuff around. The garage currently has cabinets installed and I'm wondering if I'm better off removing the lower cabinets and installing the flooring under it. Whenever I do a kitchen or bath, I'll always install the flooring first. I'm not tall, but I always feel like the cabinets are too low if I don't. Is it worth the extra effort?

If there isn’t a ton of cabinets, I’d remove them. Worth it not to have to work around them, protect them from splashing or staining, and for me at least, it would always bother me.

I always prefer to have any flooring done wall to wall, in case something changes later and you can no longer get the matching material to patch in.
