Florescent lights

Just installed two new florescent lights in my garage . But they interfere with my radio. Is there some kind of filter to fix this?

There is, but the results are marginal. Philips Advance makes model RF-1 radio interference filter. You can also change the ballasts to a residential version. This seems to be the most effective solution.
What kind of radio are you using? If you're using a cable for antenna, then moving the antenna further away from the lights is also effective.
Finally, you could stream music via wifi or bluetooth. The ballasts wont effect that.

change the ballasts...or return the lights for ones that have truly residential ballasts.
