Florida Pnematic: Good customer service

I have one of the Florida Pnematic 1/4 In Dr Pro-Lectric Cordless Professional Ratchet. It came with two 7.2 volt nicad batteries. One went dead after about 10 months.

I called customer service and asked what they could do for me. The lady asked for my address and said a replacement battery would be sent out tomorrow.

How do you like that ratchet, I have been eying it for a while.

It's nice when working inside a car, like when you are taking apart a dash to replace evaporator. Not noisy like 1/4" air ratchet and obviously no air hose.

Not a lot of torque and batteries don't last as long as I thought they would. But that said it is a handy tool.

that's good to here. I have been kick around the idea of buying few florida 1/4 die grinders. You sealed the deal for me. made in the usa and good customer service. How can you go wrong!!
