How many Flourescent lights 2ft 2bulb can i run a 20 amp circuit is dedicated to those lights only

Its a 3 phase

Every bulb is diff. between amperage draw. Need to know specifics on what bulbs your using.

Assuming your nominal line voltage is 120V single phase and loading the circuit 80% (16amp/1920W) and using T8 18W tubes you can connect at least 100 tubes. (50 of your double light fittings).
