I have a florescent light dual tubes that has a defective Ballast. The old ballast is tabled SL15CW, when I do a search for it, I find SL15T listed. Is this a direct replacement. I have 4 existing good tubes, so I do need a direct replacement.

The CW suffix is an acronym for Cold Weather.
Unless the fixture is mounted in a pretty cold environment, then the SL15T would be fine.

The CW was cold weather. The new one is rated at either 0F or -10F, depending on whether you believe the label or the printed data.
The current info shows that the new ballast will have 6 wires (2R, 2B, 2Y), while your older one has 7, so there may be a little difference in how you hook it up.
