Fluorescent fixture identification

I acquired some fixtures and they appear to be new, but in no boxes.
The ballast has no identification marking. The only marking on the fixture states

60 cy ac HPF 118 volts made by Williams.

This is a 4ft dual bulb fixture. Are these T8s or t12s? I'd like to get some bulbs for them.

Photos may be the only way to identify what is there.

Nothing on the ballast at all?? Nothing?? That's hard to imagine.
Anyway, have a look at the sockets. There should be yellow wires, blue wires and red wires running to them. are there four wires to each of the sockets or just two?

Another way to ask my question...
How many yellow wires, how many blue wires, and how many red wires are coming out of the ballast?

The ballast is plain black, no stickers, markings or stamps. It has one red wire, two blues, and the White/black wire hook up.

Sounds like T8, with the two blues and one red.

Red is common to both fixture ends, and one blue to each of the other ends.

T8 Instant Start ballast. Use either F32T8 fluorescent lamps or LED lamps that run on an instant start ballast.
Good luck,

I wonder if the sticker is on the other side of the ballast against the fixture - maybe unscrew one and take a look ? I know cybr has it handled, but if you were curious...can't imagine no markings
