Fluorescent ligh, with or without reflector?

Researching lighting for my garage. I decided on t8 fixtures and looking for right one. I see variation with reflector and without. My garage is 24X24, 8' 1/2 ceiling height, all drywalled a painted white (including ceiling). What your opinion/experience on having or not light reflector?

With white ceilings at 8.5' you shouldn't need the reflectors.
