Flush Cut End Nippers... but

From the looks of these things ther are flush cut end nippers but what is throwing me is when fully closed there is about 3/32" between the jaws. The only markings on them is "drop forged" cast into the handle.looks to be a baked enamel finish. Anybody know what they are for?

Well that was easy.. been googling end nippers and looking thru pics.. nothing. Just googled tile nippers and bingo... the exact pair! Thanks gor the info

Yep, exactly... Used a pair many times.

Have a pair IOB, no use for them.
