Flush End Cutting Mini Bolt Cutters

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes an end-cutter, similar to these Knipex cutters, but that do a flush cut?

This picture makes these appear to be flush cutting, but they are not. I have this pair and they work well in general, but don't cut flush.

I'm guessing it would make the cutting blades too weak to make them flush cut? If there is a manufacturer that makes one, I would love to find a high quality pair, made in USA, Germany, Japan, etc.

I have a Snap-On pair bought like 20 years ago but never use them. What is a good application for them?

We have tons of different styles where I work that flush cut but they are for cutting plastic only. I assume you want to be able to cut metal?

The problem with getting a true "flush cut" is the chisel shape of the cutting edge.

I have never been able to find a true flush for metal. At least not for hard metal. Pretty sure it makes the edge too weak or it would exist.

I think that is the problem. I can find plenty that work for plastic or copper wire, but not larger cutters for hard wire, steel, etc.

For cutting hard metals, the beveled edge is part of what makes a bolt/mini bolt cutter work. There are flush cutters for cutting hard wire like the Swanstrom m-series with carbide edges. It is intended for cutting thin gauge wire. Mini bolt cutters are for larger work.
