Flush mount fuel filler cap

WOW! Dave I have a Ranchero with the same style fuel filler. Like yourself I want a fuel door now to try make a die . Maybe wood would work.( I have scrap metal to try the die on) I don't think I could make one like yours. Yours looks great. I did not want to cut and weld. Thanks for showing yours.

Dave, don't know how I missed this before, awesome job on the fuel fill. Looks like the delrin dies work well without paint damage!

Sorry I didn't see this for a while. I thing a hardwood form would work just as well as what I made.
