hello all,
my name is joey, i am from the suburbs of St. Paul, MN.
i am a car guy, more specifically a subaru guy lol, but my current project is a 1991 VW GTI mk2 for my fiancee.
i do not have a garage at my home
so i have to use my parents garage. theirs is honestly nothing special, but at my fathers cabin, we have been building a garage/shop for the past few years. we have done all the walls and ceiling with white pine and are trying to find the best floor coating for a reasonable price.
recently we have put in recessed lighting and speakers in the ceiling, hung many many cabinets, and built/hung a 100+ lb barn style sliding door for one of the closets.
i currently do not have any pictures, but the next time i am up there, i will get some.
i really enjoy the forum, and love seeing everyone's projects.
