Hello and thanks for in advance for welcoming me to GJ. Been a long time lurker and have learned a lot of great ideas from folks on here willing to share and help others.

Farm boy from IL so pretty handy with tools and love to do/fix things on my own. Joined the Marines at 17 and ended up spending the next 33 years of my life in SoCal.

Building our retirement home now in Utah and will be moving there full time in a few months.

Been lurking here for ideas on my new 58'x25' garage with adjoining 26'x20' shop.

58x25 with adjoining 26x20 = me very jealous. Where in Utah? Both of us have family out that way.

We are building in Summit County. Just north of the 80/40 interchange.
