foam control below grade insulation

I was at fleet farm today looking around and they sell this http://achfoam.com/FoamControlBelowGradeInsulation.aspx eps foam. it was $11 per 4x8x2 sheet which is way less than xps at menards ($25per sheet) and its for under slab insulation but looks like bead bored . anybody use it or see way not to

Beadboard should not be used under a slab, not high enough compressive strength, and to attractive to pests.
