foam sealing around basement floor bad idea?

I'm doing renovation in the basement. Before I put the baseboards on, I want to seal the bottom of walls with Touch n' Seal fire retardant foam I have on hand, to stop the drafts. I'm concerned about mold infestation on the foam because on hot summer days I get condensation on floor around the corners.

Tips/experiences/advices will be greatly appreciated.

OP: Mold on foam or mold on sheetrock and wood? Also if you are planning to heat this building, it is possible that the heat will reduce the build up of moisture on the floor.</groan!>

Post your location, it would be helpful. In our climate we seal damn near everything esp areas like that.
