That looks like it could be a really nice setup. Personally it just doesn't make sense for me. Idiot the one below off Jack's idea above out of mainly scrap I had around, probably less than $15 in additional materials. It was a perfect temporary solution for my rental garage. But if I didn't want to spend the time building, wanted a clean simple & solution and had $300 to spend on the project it looks perfect.

Is that Family Handyman? Looks like their style of print. Should be able to find it on the website if so.
